I build fast, minimal sites. I also take on full-stack work when the fit is right.

1. Static Sites

Hugo. That’s what I use, and what I recommend.

Ideal for personal sites, portfolios, blogs, and small business sites that need to load fast and rank well.

What you get: clean HTML, no bloat, full control over your stack. Sites that still make sense when you open them in five years.

If you’re on WordPress and want something lighter — faster hosting, no plugin maintenance, no database to break — I can migrate your content and rebuild.

2. Full-Stack

Backend work in Spring Boot, Golang, and Laravel — in that order of preference.

Frontend in vanilla JS, Vue, or React.

Every project starts with a call for clarity on what you want.

If we move forward, I send a short proposal: scope, timeline, investment and you decide.

Investment

Small projects: $2K–$5K USD

Selective larger engagements possible. Exact numbers depend on scope. The call is free.

Invoicing in USD or MYR — whatever works better for you.

Why I Built leow.xyz

Hi, I’m Fook Jun.

I built this site because I wanted a place that reflects how I work: clean, intentional, and built to last. No fluff. No forced enthusiasm. Just honest craftsmanship.

I spent six years raising my child full-time. Before that, I worked in operations and consulting, then moved into development. Now I build sites for people who value clarity and work that lasts.

That’s why this site is fast and minimal. No bloated page builders. No tracking scripts. No third-party dependencies I didn’t choose.

I choose tools based on three principles:

Performance — if it doesn’t load instantly, it’s not good enough
Maintainability — code I can still understand in five years
Ethical alignment — I avoid platforms tied to geopolitics I don’t support
